They say “Beantown” is mostly known for its beloved Celtics and Red Socks. However, Boston is also home to Bodega, one of the dopest retailers in the country. Stop by the store today at 4pm to see The Clipse as they pass through on their promotional tour for the upcoming album “Til The Casket Drops”. Oh and make sure you pick up some Play Cloths while you’re there.

“Pardon me i must say, I’m kinda like a big deeeeeaaal”

Whats the big deal? Only some of the biggest talents in music coming together on the first single for the most anticipated album of 2009, thats all.

The beat, provided by DJ Khalil, is wilder than a pack of red bull infused spider monkeys let loose in a Guitar Center.

From the response that we’ve been getting around the web (and most importantly on this site), it seems like anticipation is up for the new Clipse single “Kind of like a big deal”. Scheduling has pushed the release date back like Ne-yo’s hairline but i got word from the source that we might be hitting the launch button next Monday. As soon as i get word from Re-Up Gang headquarters that its safe to let the monster out of the cage i’m opening the gates, if not? i’ll def let you guys know but cross your fingers.

We’ve been catching a bit of heat from the fan base about being mum on the upcoming album but issues have kept us on the hush about the product in question. The blessing in disguise has been that the setbacks allow us to make sure that this is the best possible album it could be before we put it to press.

Here is some pretty old footage (From around when the album was in its first recording stages) of Pusha T talking about the lineup of producers on the upcoming project.
